By submitting a listing to HERA, you confirm that you meet HERA’s eligibility requirements and that the information, images, links, credentials, and other materials you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right and authority to submit them.

You authorize HERA to publish, display, organize, format, categorize, and otherwise present the information and materials you submit as part of your HERA directory profile. Listing information may be publicly visible and may be indexed by search engines.

HERA relies on members to provide accurate information. Licensing, insurance, certifications, credentials, experience, business information, service areas, and other listing information are member-provided unless HERA expressly states that a specific item has been independently verified. A HERA listing does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, recommendation, or endorsement of any member, business, service, product, credential, availability, or future performance.

HERA may review listings at any time and may correct minor spelling, formatting, organizational, category, specialty, or location issues for consistency and searchability. HERA may restrict, suspend, remove, or require changes to listings that are inaccurate, misleading, ineligible, inappropriate, abusive, reported for legitimate concerns, inconsistent with HERA policies, or otherwise harmful to the integrity or safety of the HERA Directory.

Members are responsible for keeping their listing information reasonably accurate and current. Members may manage and update their listings through their HERA account.

HERA may add, modify, limit, or discontinue directory features, membership options, advertising opportunities, verification or trust features, reviews, community features, programs, events, partnerships, products, services, and other offerings over time. Any optional or paid offering is subject to the availability, eligibility requirements, pricing, rules, and additional terms in effect at that time. Agreeing to these terms does not enroll you in, obligate you to purchase, or guarantee access to any current or future optional offering.

Free basic HERA membership and a basic directory listing are not conditioned on purchasing advertising or another optional paid offering.

HERA may update these Listing Terms & Conditions as its services, operations, policies, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the HERA Directory is subject to the then-current Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and applicable listing terms.

By submitting your listing, you also agree to HERA’s Terms of Use and acknowledge HERA’s Privacy Policy.
